I’m Karen — a postnatal recovery expert and a former midwife.

In this free online workshop, I’ll guide you step by step through what your pelvic floor and core actually need to recover, and how to exercise safely after having a baby so you can stay strong long-term.

I created this workshop because I believe (as a mum and former midwife) that this is the information ALL women should receive during pregnancy and in their postnatal care package, but so many of us are let down and never given it.

So I’m giving it to you here as part of The Dry Knickers Project CIC — for free — because I get my knickers in a twist when I see mums struggling due to lack of information and support.
