I am Karen Ellis, former Midwife turned Postnatal Rehabilitation coach bringing you a way to build a strong body so you can have super fun adventures with your children (and Grandchildren) without having to worry about your body's ability to cope.

You are in the right place if you would like to be able to jump on a trampoline confidently without peeing, carry your baby for as long as they need without back pain and nurture your core and body strong so it will support you in your life however you would like that to look.

What to expect from the demo

A 20 minute demo of a full class which is usually around 35 minutes long full of choreographed movement to upbeat feel good music. Laughter, smiles and singing along is almost guaranteed. 

Expect to be empowered to listen to your body and join in with what feels good for you and hold out of anything that you are not quite ready for. There are several levels throughout, take your pick. So whether you feel up to some gentle movement post sleepless night or you are good for an advanced workout this class will cater for you. 

Classes are baby wearing safe. But baby wearing is optional. You are welcome to join in classes including this demo with you baby next to you or on you.

 

If your baby is sleeping, leave them where they are and enjoy the demo without them. If they need some attention do the class with them on you. If getting dressed today feels like too much, do the class in your PJ's. There is no stress of having of get organised to leave the house. This is so super accessible there is no reason not to give it a go. 

Expect to finish the demo on a high, feeling the buzz of the movement and music all over your body and to feel on top of the world for the rest of the day.

About Me...

I am Karen Ellis, Midwife turned Postnatal Rehabilitation Coach right where I am meant to be helping new mums build a post baby body they look in the mirror and feel proud of. 

I call bull on all of the quick fixes when it comes to postnatal fitness. Your body is precious and needs nurturing back to fitness in its own time. For some that will be 21 days for others it will be 21 months. There is no rush. Done right it will serve you for the rest of your life. 

I am mum to a 7 and 15 year old and live in gorgeous Scarborough on the East coast. This is where I became a midwife. After several years of feeling beaten by the system that didn't allow me to give the care women deserved I trained in Postnatal and Antenatal fitness and baby wearing to serve new mums in my own way. I am here to support you and hold your hand on your journey to feeling confident with and proud in your Postnatal body.
